Free Exchanges
At Ames Walker, we offer hassle-free exchanges to ensure you find the perfect fit for your compression hosiery, socks, shoes, and accessories. If you need to exchange your item for a different size or color, simply follow this link or contact our customer service team to help guide you through the process. Our goal is to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase, so shop with confidence knowing that exchanges are easy and convenient at Ames Walker.
- All items must be returned in their original packaging within 60 Days of Purchase. Any garments that have been worn or tried to on must be laundered prior to returning them for exchange.
- If you're exchanging Shoes, please make sure they are unworn, in new condition, with the original box and tags if applicable.
- Exchanges will be processed once we receive the items being returned for exchange. If you need your exchange more quickly, please reach out to customer service to see if we can help.
Return for Refund
- All items being returned for a refund, must be returned in their original packaging within 30 Days of Purchase.
- Any garments that have been worn or tried on must be laundered prior to returning them.
- If you're returning Shoes for a refund, please make sure they are unworn, in new condition, with the original box and tags if applicable.
- Refunds will be issued once we receive the returned items, and please allow an additional 5-7 business days for your bank to process the refund.
Return Shipping – If you chose to return your item for a refund, we are happy to provide a return shipping label, however a $6.95 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund to help offset the cost of the return shipping label.

- If this is an International Order, or if you would like to return your order without purchasing a return label from Ames Walker, please ship your return using a trackable service like USPS, UPS or FedEx to the address below:
