ShopPay Payment Information

What is ShopPay?

ShopPay is a convenient and secure payment option that streamlines your online shopping experience. With ShopPay, you can save your payment information and shipping details, allowing for faster checkouts across participating stores. It also provides a simple way to track your orders and manage your purchases in one place.

Why is it sending me a code?

If you have used ShopPay before, when you enter your email address it will send a code to your phone for added security, ensuring that only you can access your account and complete your purchase safely.

Do you keep my card information?

Ames Walker does not store your credit card information. ShopPay is a separate, secure, payment method that allows you to store your credit card information for future use on stores that accept ShopPay as a payment option. To remove your information, please see 'I don't want to use ShopPay'.

I don't want to use ShopPay.

To opt out of ShopPay, simply go to your account settings, select the payment options, and choose to disable ShopPay for your future purchases, or follow the steps below when at checkout.

To Opt out of Shop Pay:
Opting of Shop Pay means that your phone number and stored data are deleted from Shop, and you will no longer have access to the following features:
accelerated checkout on stores that offer Shop Pay as a payment method
earning Shop Cash
access to any remaining Shop Cash balance that you've earned
Shop Pay Installments
If you opt out of Shop Pay, then you can still use Shop to track your orders and shop.
If you don’t want to use Shop to track your orders anymore, then you can delete your Shop account. Deleting your Shop account also deletes your Shop Pay account.
Submit request to opt out of Shop Pay
To opt out of Shop Pay, enter your mobile number in the Shop Pay opt-out form, and then tap Submit request.

Shop Pay Installments by Affirm

Shop Pay Installments is powered and serviced by Affirm and is only available in some stores.

If you have opted into the Shop Pay Installments program and need assistance, please contact Affirm as we do not have access to your agreement with ShopPay Installments.
