Wear and Care Guide

How To Put On Your Compression Stockings

Place the hand inside the stocking, grasp the heel area, and pull the stocking partially“inside out,” leaving the foot portion turned in.
Hold the foot of the stocking apart with both thumbs, stretch over the toes, and pull to heel area. Position the heel and toes for a comfortable foot fit.
Grasp stocking just below top band, and with a slight twisting motion left to right, gradually continue working stocking over the heel and gently up the leg. Be careful not to over-stretch the stocking
Work the fabric until all wrinkles disappear, especially over the instep and ankle for comfort.
To Remove: Hold stocking top and“peel down” the leg to the ankle(turning stocking inside out). Insert thumbs between stocking and leg, gently pull over ankle, heel, and off the foot.
