How To Put On Your Compression Stockings

Place the hand inside the stocking, grasp the heel area, and pull the stocking partially“inside out,” leaving the foot portion turned in. |

Hold the foot of the stocking apart with both thumbs, stretch over the toes, and pull to heel area. Position the heel and toes for a comfortable foot fit. |

Grasp stocking just below top band, and with a slight twisting motion left to right, gradually continue working stocking over the heel and gently up the leg. Be careful not to over-stretch the stocking |

Work the fabric until all wrinkles disappear, especially over the instep and ankle for comfort. |

To Remove: Hold stocking top and“peel down” the leg to the ankle(turning stocking inside out). Insert thumbs between stocking and leg, gently pull over ankle, heel, and off the foot. |
Washing Instructions

Machine wash in warm water on delicate setting with gentle fabric detergent, separately from laundry or in laundry bag, or wash by hand with warm water. |

Tumble dry at low heat, or air dry. If your stockings have a silicone top band, air dry only. |
