Application across the nose:
- Place pad on the bridge of the nose.
- Secure pad in place with the attached 21cm crossed compression strap to the garment exterior. Adjust for fit and comfort.
Application below the nose:
- Place the pad between your upper lip and nose.
- Secure pad in place with the attached 21cm crossed compression strap to the garment exterior. Adjust for fit and comfort.
